Advise on vendor section, services and ongoing management. Audit for FLSA compliance and Independent Contractor exposure. Advise on HRIS and other technology solutions for smaller employers.

Compliance with regulatory and employment laws

Full legal and HR review. Design employee manuals and write HR policies. Advise on record keeping requirements and practices for personnel files, payroll & benefits, applicant tracking. Advise on EEO-1, OSHA reporting. Develop on and off boarding processes with required documentation such as I-9, Wage Theft, ACA, Paid Sick Leave, COBRA. Conduct FLSA and Independent Contractor audits.

Talent Management and Training

Executive Coaching, a six month assignment targeting goals identified by the client and employee. 360 feedback from select managers, peers and subordinates. Active review of progress with both client and employee to maximize change. Sponsorship and mentor program design. High potential employees - Identify, invest in and develop top talent. Management and Leadership training to maximize team performance.

Employee Relations

Conduct investigations of inappropriate workplace behavior. Advise management on complex employee problems such as mental health, medical or substance abuse. Consult on managing out underperformers and/or downsizing and restructuring. Develop policies and procedures to implement effective employee relations practices.


Campus Recruitment, undergraduate and graduate. Campus presence and brand representation at over 80 campuses. Pre-screening of resumes. First round interviews. Experienced Recruitment and team lift-outs.
